Author Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting. Manuscripts that do not conform may be returned for revision prior to review.

1. How to submit

All manuscripts are submitted and tracked through the NAVĀRNAVA editorial portal powered by EditorialManas. The portal guides you step-by-step and lets you monitor your manuscript’s status in real time.

2. Originality and declarations

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal. On submission you will be asked to confirm authorship, declare any conflict of interest, and acknowledge sources of funding.

3. Preparing an anonymised manuscript

Because review is double-blind, the manuscript file must not contain the author’s name, affiliation, or any identifying reference. Provide author details only in the portal’s metadata fields, not in the document.

4. Structure

  • Title — concise and informative.
  • Abstract — 150–250 words.
  • Keywords — four to six.
  • Body — with clear headings and a reasoned conclusion.
  • References — complete and consistently styled.

5. Formatting & citation style

6. Peer review

Every submission first undergoes an editorial desk check, then double-blind review by at least two independent experts. See the Peer-Review Policy for the full process and timelines.

7. Decisions

Editorial decisions are communicated through the portal as Accept, Minor revisions, Major revisions, or Reject. Revised manuscripts are re-reviewed where required.

8. Copyright, licensing & fees

Copyright, licensing (e.g., Creative Commons), and any article processing charge to be confirmed. This section will state the final policy.

9. Publication ethics

All authors must comply with the NAVĀRNAVA Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement, including our policy on plagiarism and similarity screening.
